Carlo and Eunice are gradeschool classmates of Marie, at Christian Standard Academy. Eunice, or “Nice”, as they call her, went to Canada after college while Carlo just stayed in the country and worked here. Their love story haven’t even  started yet until God intervened last year, 2008. Since these two were thousand miles away from each other and they had no forms of communication or whatsoever before that, it really was amazing how these two met each other again and fell in love.

Before God crossed their paths, let me give you some background on these two…Nice was Carlo’s gradeschool first crush … After elementary, they separated ways and once in a while, he would think about her and wonder where she is. Nice, however, would ask Marie from time to time about Carlo. Then one day,  through another gradeschool friend, Carlo found Nice through friendster and instantly developed and reconnected their friendship over the net. At one point, they were sharing with each other their prayers in search of their perfect partner and that lead them to each other. From there on, God brought their hearts together. When Nice finally came back to the Philippines for a vacation, Carlo immediately proposed to Nice because he knew she was the perfect person God made for him and the rest is history.

Since Carlo and Nice were really close friends of Marie,  I volunteered to be the 3rd photographer at their wedding since I wanted to surprise them… A day before the wedding, I became Arlene’s backup and I thought, Wow, God is really great. =) .

Nice’s dad was fooling around here. Before he gave away his daughters hands to Carlo, he pulled back Nice to his side and didn’t want to let go of her. Really cute.

This scene was one of my faves because while Carlo was giving his vows, he placed Nice’s hands close to his heart…That’s sweet!

Carlo and Nice, Congratulations once again…. I really enjoyed hearing about your love story and when I saw you guys during your wedding day, I really felt your genuine love for each other.. Thank You for blessing us with your story… I pray that you two will bless more people and inspire them to be closer to God. God Bless!
