I’m coming back, SINGAPORE !!! (July 21-28, 2010)

It’s been almost a year since my very first trip to Singapore. And that time, It was just pure vacation. A treat for myself  and my birthday. :)

This time, it’s Business and a whole lot of Pleasure… Being a photographer has its perks and I love every bit of it. One of them is being able to travel.

This….is ME! Found this cool spot somewhere near the Singtel building…and I just wanted a souvenir for myself….

There were lots of cool spots to shoot at Singapore and places to go back to….

One of my favorites was the Fullerton Hotel… Need I say why?

and one of the places I’d definitely want to go back to is this bar, where I got to taste my first Singapore Sling…  Man, I love that drink… and I’m craving for one now just talking about it…

And the other thing that made this place a “must visit” is this:

Those are peanuts all over the place. Singapore is known for their very neat surroundings and littering is a big No-No unless you wanna taste the fury of “The Cane” haha…. But apparently, in this bar, you can eat all the peanuts you want and throw it wherever you want ,without a care.

So… I DID!  :D

Anyway, I’ll be doing a prenup session with one of my couples there in Singapore ( Hi Jenie and Errol )… guess where!? Hello, Universal Studios… :D

Anyone who wants to have their prenups taken or portrait shoots or maternity shoots, just shoot me a message or email me so we can fix our scheds…. :)

Can’t wait for July!!!

Cainta Lay Formation Blessing

Venue: Cainta Catholic Church

Last December 1, our Cainta Parish held a blessing to its newly renovated lay formation center. Our guest priest who conducted the blessing was no other than Bishop Gabby Reyes. It was a big event for the parish since every organization was invited and I particularly liked the march of the knights at the aisle.

There are just a few times where I can give back my service to the church or to my community and this one is one of those times. I thank God for the opportunity and the schedule he gave me so that this would be possible.

Looking forward to SFC ICON Davao to cover it… =)

Meanwhile, here are the things that happened that day..

Cutting of the ribbon

Well, the rest is history… After the ribbon was cut, the rooms inside the building was blessed and we had picture taking with the committees and the bishops. =) It was a great day and fun practice shoot for me. Using the D700 indoors and pushing it to the max was such a delight you didnt need to use flash to light up the place or your subjects. =) Thank God for these kind of blessings…
