It was one of those great days that you know something special is about to happen. Woke up excited to see our couple, Dante and Diana, and what do you know, we even arrived too early at the preps… When we arrived there, Diana was already being fixed while Dante was just watching the whole scene.
They got some cool details there that caught my attention from invites to gowns so I decided to play with it…Check them out..

I loved this moment.. When I asked Dante to kiss his mom, his mom just got teary-eyed.. Dante’s the last of his siblings to get hitched and I would have understand the feeling of his mom.

After a long day and a great wedding… we do know how to relax and unwind… The tequilla sunrise style… with class haha… Everybody’s havin a great time..

This was one of my awaited shoots for this year since I’ve never been to CDO before and as I expected, this would be an amazingly fun fun wedding. Again, God showed his greatness when he heard our prayers to stop the rain even for just the wedding day. Days before, it was pouring like crazy at Manila and it was drizzling in CDO. Just want to share this bible verse for you guys:
“If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.” - Matthew 20:21
So there, when we arrived at CDO the first day, got the chance to meet Bob Nicolas and his team. Really down to earth kind of guys… then we met with JM and his bestman, Franco. Two of the coolest guys there… Had lots of plan on what to do before and after the wedding night but ended up fulfilling just the last part… =P
Came wedding day, JM was just showing signs of the wedding jitters… from the shaky hands to cold sweat…=P But it just showed how excited he was to finally be one with his gf, Nickie, for 11 years. Amazing right?.. Nickie just looked calm and relaxed during her preps but you know there’s something big that’s gonna happen along the day…

During the march, JM was already very emotional and had his tears falling even though Nickie wasn’t marching yet… When the two saw each other, Nickie’s dad just burst into tears and JM hugs him with extraordinary joy and love… I just love these kind of moments…makes me teary-eyed just looking back at these pictures. You can feel the genuine love of the father to her daughter before he gives her hand away.

To JM and Nickie…. Thanks for giving us the best time of our lives…We had fun shooting your wedding and I was just blessed again to see how you two love each other and how you guys made us feel at home… It was really quite an experience.. I won’t blog the after wedding events here.. =P
